Student Services Division Student Services, a division of the San Bernardino County
Superintendent of Schools office, provides education to approximately
6,000 students in three specialized programs; State Preschool, Special
Education, and Alternative Education. Student Services employs over 1,200
employees, including 400 plus teachers, 600 educational assistants,
nurses, counselors, psychologists, principals and other management and
clerical support staff. They are dedicated to providing the best
services possible to the students they serve and believe in the
division's motto of "LEARNING FOR ALL - NO EXCUSES!"

These are the types of Service provided in all regions of San
Bernardino County Schools:
- Early Start - infant and toddler program.
- 1st CLASS - children, ages 3-5 who have speech & language issues.
- Grades preschool through age 22-
The county provides class for children with following
disabilities: autism, developmental delay, deaf and hard of hearing,
blind/visual impairment, orthopedic impairment, other health
impairment, mental retardation, and serious emotional disturbance.
- Designated Instruction and Services-
adapted physical education, language and speech, Occupational Therapy, physical therapy,
orientation and mobility, hard of hearing, visual impairment and
health services.
