Foster Youth Services

There are thousands of children in foster care, group homes and kin-ship care in San Bernardino County. Too often these children slip through the cracks of the child welfare and education systems. With only an approximate 50% of foster youth graduating from high school, it is evident we have much to do. Foster youth services assists in the development and implementation of viable solutions; promote understanding of foster youth; facilitate the empowerment of foster youth and their caregivers and encourage the will to be hopeful and inspired.

Foster Youth Services (FYS) is committed to working in collaboration with public and private partners to meet the unique needs of our foster youth, providing leadership through integrity, accountability, and child centered services.

The Foster Youth Services mission is to empower our youth to become productive community members.
