Our 1999 Fall Harvest Bulletin Board

2000 Fall Harvest Bulletin Board

Below you will view a 2001 bulletin board that the children used to learn about the food pyramid.
Children cut the food pictures from magazines.  They were laminated so that the children could place them in the correct food group
as a learning activity.  We used rolled up tape to make the food pictures stick.

2002 Thanksgiving Day Mural

Our children colored the Pilgrims standing on the left side and the Native Americans with food on the right side of this mural.  They also painted the land on either side and the water with the boats in the middle. The picture is a bit small but the children really enjoyed this activity and it helped build an understanding of the Thanksgiving Day story.

Apple Tree Mural

See Art page for a close-up picture and a description of the project.
