National Wildlife catalogs this season sold a snowman that had three sections and attached with velcro. We let the children put our new snowman together while we modeled the language for each section.

Jump The River Gingerbread Game
Concepts: Over/Under

This game is explained on the Gross Motor page. Children using wheelchairs or walkers go under the river to save the Gingerbread men from the fox.

The Gingerbread Man
Concepts: Animal Names This is a great story to review animal names. We read it many times and use cutout characters to act out the story.
