Yucaipa-Calimesa Instructional Aide Named State Classified Employee Of Year

SAN BERNARDINO - Julie Dutchover, an instructional aide at Mesa View Middle School in the Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District, was named one of six California Classified Employees of the Year, according to Tom Torlakson, state superintendent of Public Instruction.

Dutchover works with special education students in Yucaipa-Calimesa. She was selected in the category of Para-educator and Instructional Assistance. She will be recognized at luncheon hosted by the state superintendent in Sacramento on May 16.

In April, Dutchover was named San Bernardino County Classified Employee of the Year and was honored by the County Board of Education at its meeting.
