Accounting Services

Accounting Services performs a wide range of services for school districts, including: maintenance and reconciliation of the Auditor-Controller, Treasurer, and County Schools financial systems; posting of all financial transactions; electronic transmission of payroll and tax data to various financial institutions; printing, distribution, and records retention of commercial and payroll warrants; balancing suspense accounts; maintaining statistics; and assisting districts with various issues such as establishment of new funds, reconciliation of payroll clearing accounts, warrant searches, etc.
