School Nurse CoordinatorThe School Nurse Coordinator provides technical support to
school nurses in San Bernardino County to improve or expand health and
social services in K-12 education. The Coordinator provides valuable
aid in the areas of planning and policy development while acting as a liaison
between different agencies. These agencies
include state and county governments, CBOs and private/public health
care providers.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the California School Nurses Organization is to promote and strengthen its members in their role as the primary health professional within the educational community. This will be accomplished through: professional development, legislative advocacy, communication with members, membership recruitment, public relations, governance and leadership development.
