Foster Youth Services 10232 I Avenue, Suite 15, Hesperia, CA Foster Youth Services (FYS) is an educational program designed to improve the
academic performance of children residing in group homes. The primary program
goals are: improving academic achievement, reducing incidences of student discipline
problems particularly in regards to student expulsions and increasing school
